For Sale Used 40HP Submersible Turbine Booster Water Pump Rated at 150gpm @ 693′ TDH. Included is hardware for snowmaking with 4″ main connection. Pump is rated at 460 volt, 3 phase, 60 hertz. Pump is Grundfos model 150S400-18. Starter is Benshaw 50hp Soft Start. Unit was installed in Dec. 2009 and has been lightly used for only 2 weeks each season and is in good working order. Pump was built by Torrent Engineering which specializes in snow making water pumps. This pump can easily handle 2-standard SMI Pole Cats at over 1000′ from the pump. All schematics, manuals are included. Detailed engineering drawing are available. Pump is located in Central Wisconsin.
The pump can installed in a 8″ to 10″ “can” and run in the horizontal position with inlet water pressure.
